ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, CHICO:

Major Responsibilities of This Position:

• Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure success and repeat business

CHIEF ENGINEER, REDDING CA:  Results Radio is looking for a qualified Chief Engineer to look after our five FM station cluster in beautiful Redding, California.  Experience necessary in FM transmitters, automation (we use Wide Orbit), IT, general radio station maintenance, installation and routine FCC matters.  Redding is known for its proximity to abundant outdoor activities, low cost of living, family-friendly environment and breathtaking views of Mt. Shasta and Mt. Operations Manager: Redding

Results Radio is looking for a radio pro to fill the position of Operations Manager for our Redding cluster (Adult Hits KESR, Top 40 KEWB, Classic Rock KHRD, Sports KKXS, Country KNCQ).

Employees’ duties include:

• Direction and immediate supervision of all cluster programming and promotion personnel;
• Ongoing administration of all Company policies and procedures for programming and promotion personnel;
• Understanding the abilities, challenges, needs and aspirations of Company broadcast personnel;
• Providing continuous training to all broadcast personnel to develop and maximize each individual’s potential as a professional broadcaster;
• Work to retain talented and motivated personnel by providing positive learning and growth opportunities;
• Leading the programming and promotion departments in building strong “win-win” and “no surprises” relations with sales, business, engineering, and administrative personnel;
• Being alert and open to, recognizing, and reporting all competitive threats and opportunities from competitors and the general marketplace;
• Anticipate and defuse obstacles to your team’s performance;
• Be a change-agent: encourage, mentor, and help staff to embrace new philosophies and professional practices as required by changing market conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PD, Air Talent, and in production room;
• Demonstrated experience in leading staff and facilitating department relationships;
• Demonstrated ability to be a change agent: helping organizations to evolve and change;
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of air talent and program directors;
• Demonstrated ability for effective broadcast scripting and copy writing;
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and entertaining promotions;
• Demonstrated experience and interest in multiple radio formats

This is a 50-hour per week position: 9 hours per day Monday-Friday, 5 hours on Saturday.

Nor Cal Shopping Show (Yuba City, Calif.) Looking for effective Salesperson and On-Air Host to grow current popular Radio Program of discounted offers local merchandise and services.

This position is a combination of Account Manager for Nor Cal Shopping Show (Sales) and On-Air Host of the Shopping Show for broadcasts Monday-Friday 9am-10am and Saturday 10a.m.-12p.m. (Programming)
