Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Promotion Coordinator to collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Director, Operations Manager, and Sales Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating events, managing personality appearances, fostering listener engagement, coordinating live broadcasts, and spearheading internet-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the regional Marketing Director, Program Director, and Sales Department to plan and execute events.
- Participate in personality appearances and engage with listeners to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of station vehicles to ensure a polished appearance.
- Contribute to social media management and website updates, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
- Manage the distribution of prizes for on-air contests and promotions.
- Actively participate in various marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and push beyond comfort zones.
- Exceptional organizational skills and efficient time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is a plus.
